Products damaged during shipping or missing items must be reported to Proformance Limited within 24 hours of receipt. Shipping Duty and Customs
Mens Proformance™ is a 100% natural product and should not have any issues with customs and or import restrictions. It is however the responsibility of the person purchasing the product to ensure that the specified ingredients comply with all regulations within the country of delivery. It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for any duty implied at this time.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order without charge at any time up to the despatch of goods to your address. Any charge to your credit card will be reversed. With the exception of Items especially purchased in for you.

Customers must take the product according to the instructions on the packaging and follow any advice given to them by our support team. In addition customers are expected to participate in a minimum level of exercise and healthy nutrition in combination with our Mens Proformance™ supplement.
We ask that if you have not had any improvement with vitality after three weeks of taking Mens Proformance™ that you please contact us directly for further advice. Product Returns
If you wish to return a product, you must contact us by phoning (09) 309 0990 or email orders@mensproformance.com within 14 Days of the date of your invoice.
You must return the goods in their original condition and packaging. All items must be un-opened unless they are faulty.
We will refund you the product only, by the same method that you paid for your purchase. Freight will only be refunded where the product is faulty or arrived damaged.
Your refund is not guaranteed until we receive the product, and deemed it to be in saleable condition.
Back Orders
We stock all items advertised on The Website. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this case, we will mark the product “Out of Stock” on The Website. Products that are marked “Out of Stock” are unable to be ordered via The Website.
